During the Clinton sex scandal, here is what then GOP Congressman Mark Stanford had to say about former president Bill Clinton's conduct:This is "very damaging stuff," Sanford declared at one point, when details of Clinton's conduct became known. "I think it would be much better for the country and for him personally (to resign)... I come from the business side," he said. "If you had a chairman or president in the business world facing these allegations, he'd be gone."
Based on all we now know with respect to the extent of Republican Govenor Mark Sanford's conduct, it's seems we are way past a point where his resignation is due.
Beyond Stanford's hypocrisy, what else am I missing?
